They did an amazing job!  We were preparing our house to sell...Tan was very accommodating!  We had a deadline, and he was able to meet it, no problem.  The floors came out great.

It went swimmingly. Excellent job! This is a 105-year-old, 1750-sq-ft house, from which we had removed all the shag carpeting and layers of sheets of linoleum, down to the original floors -- which had never been redone and were now very dark, stained, and dirty. Brothers was recommended to us by a friend, and they did the floors before we moved in, including every room except the tiled kitchen and bathroom. They sanded and polished the rooms (and halls), including under and behind radiators and pipes, every little corner, all the closet floors, and all the stairs. We had no idea these floors could look so brightened and beautiful. They did an outstanding job, and at a very reasonable price. Originally we weren't going to have them do the stairs and the closets, but when we saw how great everything looked and asked to add them to the job, they took those on too, working into the night to complete the job on time.

Very prompt and nice people to work with--very nice work overall--cleaned up well after the job was done so I didn't have a lot of dust to clean.  The only issues I had were ruts in my baseboards on the stairs from the sander and paint pulled from ceiling in a couple places where they had taped off the upstairs.

Tan was available by cell phone which was great and gave me an initial quote over the phone. He then came out to the house to see the floors and gave me a firm quote for refinishing with 3 coats of polyurethane. He arrived on the day he said he would, got the work done and came back several days later to apply the additional coats of poly. The floors looked beautiful and there was not a lot of dust around nor did any of the paint on the baseboards need to be touched up. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him to others.
