"Mike came out on a Sunday!!! Spent 90 minutes checking every corner of every surface of every piece of furniture I was concerned about. Even lifted up a bed to check the boxspring of a mattress I was concerned about. Then HELPED ME SWEEP underneath it!!! Operated with the precision of an ex-military perfectionist. Good, warm-hearted, personable man, obviously busy, but generous with his time and EXCELLENT quality of education that he offered me. Luckily, I happened to ask if he also did any handyman work (he does!), so I could benefit from more (incredibly well-priced) help from this fastidious man. Hire him! "Good old fashioned professional service. After I called, and stated my problem and told them we needed to leave by a certain time for an apt., the actual exterminator called and told me the time he would be at or home. He was on time, and very polite and professional. Explained what he was going to do, charged us the price I was quoted on the phone, which was less than half of other exterminators in the area I had called. They take credit cards! He then got rid of the wasp nest and treated, the area, came back inside and gave us a list of the chemicals (ps he had asked first if we had cats or dogs,etc.). The wasps are all gone and my husband can use the ramp for his wheelchair again. You can trust these folks, they take pride in their work and have people skills! <br />show more
