Modern Pest Services is a third-generation, family-owned and -operated pest management company that has been a leader in the industry since 1945. Just wanted to put a good word in for these guys. They did a good job!! They probably lost money on this job but didn't ask me for any more. They held true to their word and I would recommend them to anyone with a similar problem.

It took about 7 days all told, to trap all of the grey squirrels and roughly 3 days (three guys) to install the hardware cloth and exclusion exits. The workers were not intrusive, very pleasant, worked quickly and appear to have done a great job. I'm very happy not to hear gnawing of wood in my roof!
