"We had a dirt driveway, received multiple quotes to pave it. Decided on Joe Sparks team because of: 1. The prep process recommended for our driveway, to dig out the dirt and prepare the foundation for the asphalt putting several layers of crushed stone and level it. 2. The process to cut into the road. 3. The price. It took 7 weeks for them to show up, but it was worth the wait! What a great investment!! Excellent crew, efficient. Joe is a book of knowledge! I recommend them 100%. Thank you Joe and crew!!"

Whether you should resurface or replace your asphalt driveway heavily depends on its condition. If the foundation is solid and the damage is minor, resurfacing is your best bet because it’s more affordable and faster than replacing the driveway. Although permeable paving is not ideal for highways, airports, and other surfaces supporting heavy traffic and machinery, it is suitable for regular residential driveways.

One advantage of selecting a resin bound driveway over concrete or asphalt is that homeowners have a variety of colors to choose from. Manufacturers customize aggregate materials, so customers can choose browns, golds, greens, blues, reds, and blacks. Some manufacturers also offer metallic shades.

If you're designing a new patio in an area with poor drainage, permeable pavers made from porous materials may help prevent water issues. Most permeable pavers feature a gravel-only aggregate base instead of a concrete base to allow water to flow through instead of getting trapped. While beneficial in some cases, permeable pavers come with higher initial costs and greater load-bearing limitations compared to traditional pavers.
