Z ConstructionBruce came out and gave us a fair estimate on a new patio. The job was done on time and came out great. I would highly recommend Bruce and the Preferred Pavers team. Since he completed our job, I have recommended them to two friends and he did a great job for them as well.
The work done was just as requested. The workers were professional and skilled. The crew built a stone patio and did landscaping consisting of drainage control, lawn repair, and tree planting. I have no problem recommending them.

On the last day he was joined by Preston and he did a great job as well. This project had some unique elements. First, was the slope of the ground. Second, was the design. The lower deck was designed to hold a hot tub (not shown here) to be accessed from the upper deck in the area between the two railings. One whole side of the upper deck remained without a railing as I wanted deck access to be at any point along the footpath. It'll be my task to backfill the gap between the deck surface and the footpath. Total number of days worked on this project was six (6). TJ and Jessi are easy to work with and the cost was very reasonable. We are THRILLED with the results!!"
