"Dennis was extremely efficient and professional. He called me less than 5 minutes after requesting a quote through home advisor and was at my house within a couple hours. He was able to catch the raccoon in my attic in under 10 minutes and suggested to use wire mesh over my broken gable end to prevent anything else from getting in. "The person who came to the house was very nice and professional, but they are obviously very poorly trained because he told us that we had "march flies" and our second and third opinions told us that they looked nothing like a march fly. First, they told us they were termites, then march flies. They are neither."
