Service has gone steadily downhill over the last few years, not reliable at all. They either show up without confirming if anyone will be home to service interior, or cancel during the scheduled service window. Most recent issue was today when they called to cancel 2 hours into a 4-hour service window due to weather that is not impacting my location. Interior service at a minimum should have been done given their (faulty) weather concerns. They could have at least had the courtesy to call this morning to reschedule and not wait until 4pm. I was assured that my complaint would be shared with service manager - as has been promised before with no improvement in service. Very disappointing given the wonderful reliable service that we always received before Modern Pest was sold.

I had the provider spray tick treatment around our home. and was charged $103.50. We had planned on having them spray three times so we could receive a "deal". We then had trees cut around our property and decided not to go with all three treatments. As a consequence, they charged us $321.50 for the one treatment. - what a deal by the way, they would have give me a $11.00 discount if I had done all three services!
The service person who provided the service was here all of 10 minutes and probably used about $5.00 worth of product ( of course, I don't know how much their product cost but it certainly was not worth $321.50! I have been a client with them over 14 years and they would not negotiate the price. I cancelled my service and called another pest control services. I called, the Ant Man Pest Control, Inc who is going to charge me $150.00 for the ENTIRE year of services. I had been paying Modern Pest Services $114.00 every three months for their services. Yes, he would charge more for tick control if I need it (obviously I don't), but know whatever his cost is it won't be at the outrageous price I was just charged. In a way, glad this happened as it will save me many $$$$ in the future. Would never recommend Modern Pest Services, a total rip off.

In the opinion of the condominium association, Modern Pest Services did not do the work they were contracted to do. One of the owners resorted to purchasing his own equipment to get the specific job done, and thereafter attempted to secure a refund from the provider for what we believed to be services not rendered. Initially unresponsive to our request for a refund, we did manage in the end to get a partial refund.

Called Modern Pest due to ant problem. Technician arrived on time & explained what he would do, how the treatment would work and what the possible reasons were for the ant problem. The treatment took less than 30 minutes and the tech was professional and courteous

They are terrible. They said somebody would call me in a few days. They wanted to put poison down which could have been the worst thing what if the pests crawl into the walls and then into the house. Then how am I going get them out? I am going to have a problem. People should know about them because their commercial is nothing like what they really do. I’ve never seen their truck since and they didn’t come back. They came once and told me what they are going to do but I didn’t get the services, I guess if we pay them first then we may have to go chasing them for our money. They do more advertising than the actual work. The price was much higher than the other pest control companies.

Once they came to my house to get rid of the bats, I have not heard them in the attic sense. I think that they have done a good job, and they were very professional.

It was a one time deal and they gave me a report on what they found. They did it well, good, and I don't think they could have done anything better. They get all high ratings and I will continue to use them.

This company has done exactly what we have asked of them, and they have been very friendly, and punctual. I have been using this company for about three years and am very satisfied. They are pricey but I feel they are worth the price. I do not plan to change companies in the near future.

Modern Pest Services, baited, set traps inside and outside the house, and monitor them for any activity. My experience has been great with them, they are always punctual and do a good job. They come out quarterly and more if I need them to.
