If in the event that an error occurs, we apologize and take full responsibility to correct it. I see that there was an error with a service that you did not request. Our detailed records show that we reversed the charge swiftly, with no resistance. Included in our 12 point Customer Service Commitment, is the promise to always notify you via email, 2 days prior to treatment. We provide a brief description of what is being applied, the specific service date and our contact information. This allows the lines of communication to open, to ask any questions, present any concerns or request any service specifications or changes. As there was not an email address provided to us, you were not notified of scheduled services. Should you prefer a phone call, we are more than happy to set your account up, as such. We understand the preferred methods of communication vary for each customer, we are happy to contact you however you prefer. Relative to service recommendations, it is imperative that we always keep customers informed of their lawn’s current conditions, any abnormalities, nutrient deficiencies or soil quality concerns. After-all this is a primary reason why a professional service is hired - to make sure our years of experience and expertise can properly diagnose underlying issues or developing concerns. We provide you with any pertinent solutions, to maintain health and reach desired results. Key ingredients for a beautiful lawn are proper nutrition, weed control, pest management, watering and mowing. We’ve got the first three covered, but for best results we need your help! This is why we provide helpful tips and suggestions to collaborate our efforts. We very much would like to discuss a plan that will fit your lawn’s needs and accommodate your finances."
They can as scheduled and fertilized the lawn. They left a detailed report on the weeds we have in our lawn and stated 'We will be back soon to tank spray the lawn for weeds'. Several weeks went by and they hadn't come back, so I called. After some discussion they said they would schedule it.
6/13/14 - I got the scheduling email which conflicted with having the house power washed. I emailed back to indicate that day wouldn't work and was told they would reschedule.
6/17/14 - The technician arrived the morning they had originally scheduled but I stopped him before he did anything. Evidently they rescheduled the fertilizing but forgot to reschedule the tank spray for weeds.
This morning I received an email rescheduling the fertilizing that was canceled for 6/23/14. Hopefully they will do the weed spray, too. I will update this when they perform the next application.

At the end of summer I do plan on writing a review as to how satisfied-dissatisfied I am.
