He knocked off two crystal and one broke. He reimbursed me for the cost but I had to drive 50 miles to purchase a replacement crystal and install it myself. This contractor used cleaning solution (glass cleaner?) and paper towels to do the job. He left paper towels all over my yard. I would not recommend him to anyone."
