"It is such a refreshing experience working with Ben. From the very beginning, Ben goes above and beyond to explain in detail about the process of redoing my siding and of repairing my partial roof. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He showed me different samples for the siding and for the roofing and explained about each one of them. He offered to directly with my deal with my insurance company throughout the whole process and is still dealing with them to cover the cost for my entire roof as the color of the asphalt that has been repaired does not exactly matched the rest of the roofing. Excel only repaired my roof because my insurance company told Ben that they had to try to repair it first. I am very thankful and grateful for Ben hard work and the nice workers for doing a phenomenal job in a speedy manner. "There's nothing worse that dealing with pooring rain and strong winds and then hearing the drip, drip sound of water coming into your home due to a damaged roof. I reached out to roofing repair companies through Angie's list and Roofing Pups responded. Marcus came out the next day and put my fears at ease. The bad news was that I needed a new roof. He showed me my options available, categorized as "good", "better" and "best". Despite my choosing the lowest option, he still threw in some discounts and upgrades at no additional cost. I signed the contract and he arranged for someone to come out at tarp my roof. He even went the extra mile of going to Home Depot and setting up buckets in my attic to catch the water still coming in. The roofing crew came out two days later and gave me a beautiful new roof. "This is a a top notch company. Needed a new roof on my house and shed as well as porch posts replaced. The owner, Daryl arrived and was extremely professional. Daryl had an estimate to me in minimal time. His estimate was broken down in an easy format that didn’t leave any questions as to where money was going. This estimate was lower than others that I had received , all while using better products that other contractors were going to use. Daryl was super accommodating with the time that the work was scheduled to be done. All materials that were needed arrived shortly before the work was to be done which makes things much easier to get the work done and drawing out the process with a contractor constantly having to leave to get materials. Peak was the third and highest bidder for my project. Despite a well-organized sales pitch justifying their premium pricing, it was not persuasive. Upon reviewing all bids, Peak's quote was substantially higher. However, considering the cost to extend warranties offered by other contractors, which would match Peak's 50-year warranty, the price difference was justified. I joined the crew on my roof twice: first, during my through-the -roof antenna mast installation to verify adherence to sales promises and warranty terms, and again for final inspection, which met expectations. At 38 years old, Peak's 50-year warranty means I won't need another roof. They assure comprehensive coverage; if they falter, a designated contractor will step in under Peak's warranty."
