"Adeel arrived very promptly and came up to introduce himself.  He asked for a walk-through of the job so he could plan the operation, and before I even looked around to take him into the house, he had slipped on his shoe covers to ensure no outside dirt got onto any of our floors.  Once I showed him the layout, he warned me that some of the dog stains on our one Berber rung may not come out completely, and then he got all his stuff from the car.  Quietly and quickly he assembled everything, got his mixtures ready and started to work. I know he used a hand rake, a huge thing that looks like it dealt with dog hair and surface issues, and his big cleaning machine.  About an hour and 15 minutes later, Adeel asked me to have a look around at where he had finished and to see how everything looked.  Our traditional carpet was back to a beautiful and recognizable color; stains had come out; and the pile was up and fluffed back out.  It really looked great, especially the high traffic areas. The Berber area was even better than I had hoped. Almost all the stains were completely gone--what was left was very faded.  Considering this is our dogs' main area, and I had neglected the carpet for so long, I couldn't have been any happier.  After my look around, Adeel finished cleaning up all his supplies, taking care of trash and loading his car.  I simply gave him my Angie's List deal print out and signed his form. He arrived, worked, and left all within the exact time frame I was told at the time of booking: less than 2 hours.  I was very pleased with the process and the outcome and Adeel was a very professional and hardworking representative of Oxi-Fresh!"

When Paula arrived we discussed my priorities. They were the 3 bathrooms (one was especially in rough shape) and the kitchen. I told her anything else would be bonus as far as I was concerned. They did a great job with the bathrooms and the kitchen, and on top of that vacuumed the living/dining room, hallway & stairs, and mopped the tile floor in my family room.
