"It went fine. I can tell the company is busy because it was hard to get a hold of anyone for a couple days. I made an appointmentt and due to an appointment before mine running over, I had to reschedule because I had somewhere to be and couldn't wait. Anthony was willing to come that day but due to my schedule I couldn't wait around any longer. He showed great service recovery by coming out the next morning and offering a discount on the dryer cleaning as well. I wasn't at the house when he and his crew showed up, but my sister was. I have never gotten my vents cleaned before and didn't really know what to expect. I don't know what the sanitation included or what really went on in the vents. I do feel a better air flow/freshness but not sure that I would ever pay full price for this type of service. The discount offer was a great price though and I'm glad I had the service done.
