Vic's Immaculate Cleaning

Vic and her husband were recommend by some of my neighbors. Vic offered a free consultation after walking through my home and listening to my concerns. I’ve had my home cleaned by her team once a month for the past three months. They have done a great job each time. They were even willing to take on the additional spring cleaning of my porches. Vic has been a great communicator and very professional to work with.

It started out ok with the exception of the increased estimate. They finished the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. We decided to have them clean the carpets for an additional $200. They came on Saturday 11/23 to started the job. The rented machine stopped working. They told me they would finish the week of 11/24. They never called to set up a time. We have reached out to them several times to jo response. They were aware we needed the work done for an inspection so time. was important. Also while we were given a receipt for the first $1800, we were not given for thr $910 for the balance. Since we. Still need the work done and had do deal with the stress we are requesting a refund of $500. We do jot understand how a visual inspection and an estimate can go from $1100 th $2500..

Victoria and Ben were simply amazing! I was contacted within hours of when I reached out for an estimate. I requested a deep clean of my bathroom and kitchen. I have never seen my place this clean! The sweat and elbow grease they put into what they do can not be beat! I am reaching out to them again for my other rooms soon. I can see my reflection in my stove top and floors lolâ ¦ and who knew my fridge was white! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and canâ t wait for more!

This company has the most honest & trust worthy staff that r very professional. They r very reliable and reasonable every other week charges. I hired them for twice a month to clean my house scrub bathrooms & sanitize along with kitchen. Dust, vacuum every room in my house. They r very meticulous and get the job done properly to my satisfaction. Also hired them to come every 3 months to separately wash baseboards and walls down good along with washing the windows.
