When the excavator was working, I didn't really understand when he asked if we wanted to "feather" the uneven ground around the pool- so now we have a lot of ground without the grass that was there because the feathering was put over top of the grass - killing it. "It went Great! The gentleman who oversaw the entire project ran into a few small unexpected obstacles but overcame them with no extra charge. The small retaining wall settled after a few months so immediately after I called to ask about it- without my knowing- they came out, fixed it and all has been great since so- AWESOME!!
They helped me move some plants we had to dig up as well- so that was nice.
Overall- AWESOME Patio. Lines are straight, everything looks AWESOME a year later and I'd totally use them again.

"Everything went as planned start to finish. Leisure pools techs are the best by far. They worked with me every step of the way to get it completed. Always on time and ready to work when they showed up. Clean up after job was completed was great you could not tell they were here. This was no small job by far pool is 16 by 40 an 12 feet deep. It now looks better that when it was installed in 1969!!! If you want the job done right the first time then hire Leisure Pools."

Everyone who has seen it wants to put one up in their own yard now! What really stands out about Hard Worx is their experience and their willingness to go the extra mile. We needed metal work removed before we could install the court and they did that. We needed help installing the actual pole and hoop and they did that for us as well. Roger even identified a missing part right away and made an extra trip to install it after it arrived. The job was essentially done, but he went out of his way to make sure our court was fully functional. Roger was so knowledgeable about every aspect of the job. He made special bevel cuts to enhance our playing experience and gave us multiple options for pigment and hoop placement. Hard Worx Concrete are professional, kind, and experts in their field.
