God, did they do an excellent job. They are fully aware of what stone work needs to be done, how to do it, they had all the equipment, men, and they always came on time and stayed late to ensure the work was completed in a timely manner. We were also impressed that the owner, Jose, was able and willing to answer any of our questions and to do any additional work we wanted done without any big discussions. "We hired Precision Renovation after the city damaged the foundation of our building when they installed brick pavement in the alley. After getting several bids, Precision provided the most comprehensive estimate and very reasonable cost (although they were not the cheapest of bids, they were the most professional and detail oriented contractors). Fast forward 18 months, a delivery truck hit one of our retaining walls. Again, we got several estimates, and we called on Precision to provide one of those estimates. We choose Precision for the job, their estimate was inline with the other contractors, and were familiar and trusted the quality of Precision s work Like before, they were very professional, detailed oriented, cost effective and reliable. In both cases, they did the repairs in a timely fashion, finished products looked like there were no prior damages, and unlike many contractors, they did not start and stop, then come back in x-number of days/weeks to complete the project...
