The wrong surge protector was installed so Nasr came back to put in the correct one. He is very friendly, communicative and easy to work with and does high quality work. Once onsite, Carlos and his colleague knew exactly what to do and how to run the new electric circuit across the house from the electrical panel to the garage. The installed the EV charger we had purchased separately exactly how we wanted it. Everything worked perfectly. They even went the extra mile to come back and patch the garage drywall where they had made a few holes to run the cable even though it was not included in the job initially. When I told David Iâ d found a different model to try, he was more than willing to come back and replace the other one. After he installed the second stat, he returned the first and refunded the cost. Aside from doing a professional job, David is just a very pleasant person to be around. During the visit, Kenneth explained to me what was going on, even when I was quiet, he would ask me if I had any questions what he was doing. Even curious electrical questions I had like how do you know where to move around as to not get electrocuted or if you're drilling a hole, making sure you know not do hit a wire. He was great in answering any question I had. Both were super personable during my interactions with them. I was able to charge the Tesla immediately after they completed the work. They even cleaned up all the dust and debris from the installation. 5 out of 5 will definitely hire them again and use them for any electrical work I need to do around the house.
