The wrong surge protector was installed so Nasr came back to put in the correct one. He is very friendly, communicative and easy to work with and does high quality work. David found a well priced substitute that worked, but not as efficiently as the original. When I told David Iâ d found a different model to try, he was more than willing to come back and replace the other one. After he installed the second stat, he returned the first and refunded the cost. Aside from doing a professional job, David is just a very pleasant person to be around. During the visit, Kenneth explained to me what was going on, even when I was quiet, he would ask me if I had any questions what he was doing. Even curious electrical questions I had like how do you know where to move around as to not get electrocuted or if you're drilling a hole, making sure you know not do hit a wire. He was great in answering any question I had. Both were super personable during my interactions with them. I was able to charge the Tesla immediately after they completed the work. They even cleaned up all the dust and debris from the installation. 5 out of 5 will definitely hire them again and use them for any electrical work I need to do around the house.
