Company A came out and decided I needed a tier system costing 15K. I almost had a coronary. There were no signs that I had a major foundation issue so I found this a bit suspect. Next, I had Greg from NV Waterproofing come out do a visual inspection and take some measurements using his laser and level. In the end he told me I had normal settlement and to do nothing. Not even fill it b/c that way you can monitor it over time. I offered to pay them him for his time and he respectfully declined. I wish I had some work for him but I guess leaving a glowing review is the next best thing. I cant speak highly enough of Greg and NV. It makes me feel warm and fuzzy knowing their are good, honest business still out there."

They explained what they were doing throughout the process and cleaned the worksite when completed. Due to some minor coordination issues, the project took longer than expected. However, I also used the company to fix my front porch which included repairing the concrete slab, replacing 3 iron rails and the wood beams, and painting; this was completed in two days.
