"My septic tank was over flowing. The drain pipe was obstructed. I call my normal guy on Thursday no response. Friday came and went. Saturday, still no response. Went to Home Advisor and with in an hour Innovative called and gave me a time they would be there. They pumped the tank and cleared the drain pipe. I was expecting a major expense but they were just fifty dollars more than the regular guy - who still has not responded to voice messages left on his emergency number. I appreciated the quick response, the complete job, and a reasonable price. I will be using the company going forward. Exceptional customer service."

"Gary arrived on time and was very professional and went straight to work on my water heater problem. He explains things to help the customer understands and he is very reasonable and will not take advantage of customers like some of these other plumbing companies do.
