"I posted this on my HOA's bb & I meant every word of it. Topic: Good plumber! (Posted on Dec 10, 2018 3:41 pm): I tried installing new faucets and drains on my master bathroom's two sinks. I got the faucet sets in place but found that I couldn't reconnect either sink's drain. Steve came in and verified the mounting on each sink. He re-plummed each sink, and replaced each sink's trap. "Office staff kept me informed regarding appointment time. Plumbers were very informative on how the tankless hot water works and installation details. While plumbers were here they inspected a sewer pit that Seaside installed 8 years ago when I hooked up to public sewer."

"Five Star Bath Solutions did an amazing job on our master bathroom! Their customer service from beginning to end was top notch-- couldn't have asked for a better experience. My wife and I had tons of questions and from the salesman to the install manager, to Brittny in the office, to Steve the installer... they took the time to answer everything, and it was perfect. "The entire experience was professional from start to finish. Dustin gave an estimate and his crew was here the next week. "The job was planned in advance. The crew showed up early. The job was done in a single day and much quicker than I imagined. The roof looks amazing. The leaks are fixed. When minor accidental damage was done to my driveway by the crew the damage was promised to be fixed. GREAT customer service, especially when it came to the accidental damage. I will recommend Spicer Brothers and will use them again because of how they handled that issue and because of the great work they did with the roof."

"The job was done efficiently and timely manner. But their customer services are not very satisfactory. We had a little leak on tap inside shower place and I called 2-3 times to fix it or replace. It is not done yet. Once the job is done they don’t take care of if there is any defect. I thought of recommending to friends but didn’t do due to this. Dominique took my call. Then I called the lady contractor Francesca who came to do this job. She informed me once she receives the parts she will come to install it. It never happened."
