This was a long and drawn out process due to the various approvals needed from Montgomery County as well as coordination with Washington Gas (which ended up not just being a simple sign off but necessitating an additional, expensive upgrade to the gas line from the street to our home). Nevertheless, GAC did a fantastic job shepherding this process over the 6+ months of waiting on stakeholders, and they were also maximally accommodating to our family’s significant constraints on time and availability (due to health concerns related to a medically fragile family member). A special kudos to Sandy M, GAC’s master electrician, who took it on personally to ensure we were taken care of all throughout this process, going above and beyond with phone calls, text messages, personal visits, etc. on behalf of my family, I want to thank GAC and am giving top marks across the board for this effort which was complex , lengthy, and ultimately successful."

David found a well priced substitute that worked, but not as efficiently as the original. When I told David Iâ d found a different model to try, he was more than willing to come back and replace the other one. After he installed the second stat, he returned the first and refunded the cost. Aside from doing a professional job, David is just a very pleasant person to be around. "Things went well. Russ Piper came out and met with me - to see what the project entailed. Meeting went well, I fully understood what they were going to do. I got a quote back quickly and moved forward with it.   When the plumber (Plumb Crazy)came out to see what needed to be done, I had some options .  I decided to have a higher service line brought into the home - now BGE is involved.   Without further stories - it took many weeks to get BGE to install the higher service, Throughout, this process, Benfield and the plumber where checking in with me for progress.  And when the inspections where all complete - they came right out and finished the installation."

"They checked my generator and said nothing was wrong, that the problem was probably with the electric companies transformer. My problem still exist. The electric company sent people out to check the current coming to my house and said everything is okay. They are going to install a monitor to check what is going on when there is an outage. So as of now my generator does not come on."
