Erik traveled all the way from Delaware to Maryland to service my pond, which was having persistent issues with murky water. "It was 2 days before Thanksgiving and my power kept flickering on and off. I had the power company out to my home who informed me that the box where the main power comes in...under the meter needed to be replaced and I had to call an electrician to do that. I had been coordinating with another electrical company while I was at work, to have someone come out that day. That is how I came upon Resolute Electric. Contact was made within 5 minutes, and Clause who is either the manager or the owner was at my home within 1 hour to complete an assessment and quote me a price. He had one of his electricians at my house within another hour and the work was completed by 8:00 p.m. . He did not charge me any extra for the late hour of service simply because he was more concerned about our safety then making or taking advantage of our desperation. Both Clause and Randy displayed a level of professionalism and work ethic that you don't come upon very often these days. That being said, I felt it was important that they're excellence be acknowledged. I can't thank them enough."
