George (Jorge) was exactly on time when he came for the estimate.  He recommended a paint brand that was very nice (Sherwin Williams Cashmere) and carefully documented the areas of work.  His estimate was right in line with what I was expecting.  He set a start date of the 14th. 

A company rep (his son), called the day before to check-in and let me know they would arrive at 7 am.  They were on time, pleasant and professional.  The covered my floors and new carpet an got straight to work.  The house took 2 1/2 days and each day they started exactly at 7 and let me know the plan of the day. They returned a fourth day to paint the deck since it had been raining.

The inside of the house and the deck look brand new!!  They paid attention to detail, filed all nail holes, and always let me know where they were in project.  I could not be happier with the great work they did.  I am very picky, but could only find 2 small areas that needed touch-ups.

The crew also helped me move an old love seat and set-up my new table.  I was so relieved because I had no idea how I was going to do it.  They were so helpful.

"Not really what I expected ... we had a communications breakdown to start with and they showed up at the house unannounced at 8am on a holiday weekend. When we have had our gutters cleaned in the past, they normally would either sweep out or scoop out the gutters and then run water through them to cleanout the rest.
