"My roof failed in less than 3 years. This company could best be described as expensive and bad. Poor craftsmanship shingles falling off and when I tried to get them to fix it they just wanted to sell me a new roof. Or if it's one of the most expensive things that a homeowner has repair or replace and it should last longer than 3 years. A company should stand behind their product. This company is owned by private equity and they do not care about you. They do not live where you live. And if something goes wrong they don't care they already have your money. Do not hire these people."

It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

You can extend the life of your copper roof by carrying out routine maintenance, like scheduling annual cleaning and roof inspections.

Rain shouldn’t come in through your ridge vents unless your vents are damaged or the rain is accompanied by very high winds. Most ridge vents use flashing or baffling to keep out rain, snow, and debris. If your ridge vent isn’t baffled, rain is more likely to enter your attic, so ridge vents with baffles are a better choice in areas with regular rainfall.

Building code allows 24-inch on-center spacing for roof trusses. However, you can install them on 12- or 16-inch centers to handle large loads or other exceptional circumstances. In cases such as covering a wide span or supporting alternative roofing materials, where a structural engineer needs to evaluate or create a design for your trusses, the plans will indicate the spacing. 

Gaps between tiles are necessary to help with weatherproofing, allow for thermal expansion, and increase wind resistance. In general, a small gap no larger than 3 millimeters wide will encourage proper drainage and limit cracking. Beyond that, tiles should overlap a minimum of 3 inches, except at the eaves where they should extend to the center of the gutter.
