207 Mr. Richards evaluated the situation with my launch drain backup, and provided an estimate over the phone. He came in time as scheduled, and fixed it in a way exactly as he described over the phone. While the other big company's free estimate was a waist of everyone's time.
Richards Drain Cleaning ServiceShawn was professional. He fully explained what he was doing and what he thought was wrong. He carefully removed the door, drawers, etc and flushed out the drain. Cleared the ice and made sure the fan was running properly. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.
