I hired Tasawar to repair the washer and dryer combo, I gave them $594.40 the problem was not taken care of, they did give me a credit of $202.61 and I feel that I should have received the full amount I paid them since I still have the same problem

Had washer looked at and adjusted. Did not work. Called Vertex 3 x and no response. Had to replace washing machine. Cancelled credit card transaction. Hope they will not contest.

"We had tech come out late in the evening on Friday and made the repairs. Then customer called us back on weekend to open recall. When office was closed customer went and bought new unit and found easy way out by disputing the transaction and not pay the poor technician. Very bad decision by the customer and then left us bad review. We will never provide service to this customer again. Thanks"

Do not use them! We called them to fix a leaking dishwasher. It took three service calls due to the inability of the techs to come with the part they needed. Finally a tech arrived forty minutes late, spent ten minutes working on the dishwasher. He assured me it was fixed, but did not test it. After about ten days, the dishwasher is leaking again. Clearly the initial diagnosis of the problem was not correct.

Great experience overall! Scheduling was quick, easy, and efficient. Shawn was a very knowledgable technician, unfortunately he wasn't able to fix our issue. He did thoroughly explain how to contact Samsung to report issue and claim warranty. I did not give 5 stars as I found out Vertex isn't able to come back and fix the refrigerator once the parts become available. We need to have a "special" service man that Samsung connects us to as the technology is too complex. I will call Vertex again should we experience any other issues with our appliances.

Customer service was great, but the cost was much higher than others. They don't give you a per hour rate, they charge by the job. For the job I had researched (fix my dryer), the going rate was around $100/hour. They charged me $179 flat and they took under an hour to fix the dryer. Work was done well, customer service was great, but wow, they were almost double the price of others.

"Dispatch.me Survey Completed: "[Service, Timeliness, Technician] They were able to send someone out within a few days to fix our microwave. They knew the brand and had the problem fixed in 20 mins. It was not a fuse, so we were concerned we would have to replace it. The price was what you would expect. It was $150 for the service call and repair. But, that?s much better than having to buy a new microwave. Ours is high end and it would have been at least three times that much to replace. Two thumbs up!" I've contacted Vertex Home Services for my top load washer which started to run very loudly only during spin cycle. To begin with pros, it was easy to schedule repair and technician showed up on time. And for cons, most probable issue was tub bearing needed a replacement and the technician agreed when came to investigate. He wasn't able to give an estimate on the spot, said office would follow up later. Meanwhile I've done my own research and knew that bearing replacement isn't cost effective due to high labor requirements (25$ parts and about 4 hour labor). The office didn't follow up, when I called 2 days later they said technician suggested motor replacement which is 350$ for the part plus similar amount of labor. I've asked them how much would it cost to do bearing replacement instead, then after consulting with management they said they won't do such repair. I'd have liked to get an estimate no matter how high, then I'd have a choice between getting it repaired or getting a new washer. I've decided not to work with them anyways after what seemed like a wrong conclusion. I was hoping to not spend the time on this, but I've decided to try replacing the bearing myself. After spending an afternoon, I was successfully able to replace the bearing, and also do some preventative maintenance such as new seals and lubrication etc for total of $45.

Please Stay away!!!!! I had an issue with my freezer and called these guys to come check it out. After a two failed attempts, I was told that it can't be fixed and I will receive a full refund. I am still waiting for my refund and it has now been a month. They have the WORST customer service I've ever dealt with. They never call you back after saying they will, you will have to follow-up with everything. The tech, Ahsan, is a liar. This guy said he put their refund in the "system" and I should get it within 3-4 days. A full 10 days go by, no refund. I try calling him, and he's not picking up, avoiding my calls. When I tried with a different number, he picks up after 2 rings hahaha. He comes up with several excuses and then says he will drop off the refund in cash by 6pm on 08/24/18. It is now 8/25, and i haven't heard from him and he is avoiding my calls again. Bottom line: these guys are Liars, crooks,schemers etc. Take your money elsewhere. September 19, 2018 Update: This thieving company has decided to charge me again because I brought my review back. I only brought my review back because I did not receive my refund in a timely manner. Now I have to get The Better Business Bureau involved. Avoid these guys at all costs.

The tech that came to our house told us that the repair to the refrigerator would cost more than the refrigerator itself. He also told us that it is still under manufacturer warranty and that the manufacturer would be able to service it cheaper or for free. Turns out the tech was wrong about the warranty, he should know this since it is his job. After the run around with the manufacturer for 5 days we ended up having to buy a an new refrigerator. The only reason I am giving them more than 1 star is because we called to complain and they gave us back the fee for the tech coming out and giving us bad information.
