"The team arrived on time to do extensive work on my basement floor and walls and outside underground drainage issues. They worked tirelessly all day to remove old concrete, lay a new pipe system, pour new concrete, install sump pump, and seals. They prepped the walls and sealed and painted with Loxon paint. Radon seals were included in the redone areas. The outside work included installation of a new underground drainage pipe with pop up exit drain. A rubber membrane was installed behind the house siding. We?ve had several days of heavy rain since the waterproofing work was completed and the basement floor and walls have remained dry. "Excellent job all around. The work was done in late March, 2019, but I waited to post this review until after a heavy rainstorm. The storm of July 8, 2019 (>4"/hr) would normally have caused water to seep up through the concrete floor. After the storm, there was not even a drop. The sump was dry. The job was messy: jackhammers and lots of dust. They left it clean. One cannot even see where they cut the lawn to get the pipe to the curb. My only critique is that the new concrete poured to replace the broken floor should have been completely leveled. From initial estimate to installation, excellent work."

Their price was the best of 5 quotes I received and so the value was high. The only thing that was not perfect was that communication was slow, sometimes they did not respond to texts, but they were good when they responded, and they showed up on time. Overall, 9/10, highly recommend!"
