While we weren’t thrilled at the unanticipated expense, Henry had his crew out within a day to begin repairs and explained every step of the process. The crew worked over the weekend to complete the job, and were friendly, professional and courteous throughout. The new drywall was installed and finished flawlessly, and they took care to clean up afterwards. Given the speed with which we had to have repairs done, I didn’t have time to get many full estimates for comparison, but for the scope of work it seemed reasonable. "I have hesitated to write this review because the company was supposed to send someone out to do a touchup the next time they were in my area, but they never came.  Since where the touch up is needed (a corner of the tub) isn't really noticeable to me, and as more and more time went by, I just let it go. This is the reason I downgraded "responsiveness" to a B. Otherwise I would have given an A grade because the men who did the work were excellent.
My advice: Don't pay immediately after the job is finished but wait for a bill. That way if something needs to be fixed, the company will have an incentive to send someone out. Since I had already paid in full, there was no such incentive.
I was surprised at the size of the exhaust hose that is used while the tub finish is being applied. Because my bathroom is small, the hose had to go down the front hall and out the front door. Fortunately, the weather was not cold. The finish had to cure before the rest of the work could be completed. The smell wasn't pleasant, but it was tolerable.
I don't remember if it was the next day or two days later that the wall surround was put up over the existing tile, the ceiling lined, and a new drain and new fixtures installed. The installer was a different man from the one who had applied the glaze. He worked very hard, as it wasn't an easy job, due to some irregularities in the bathtub tile area. He also screwed in the grip bars that had to be removed before the wall lining could go up.
All in all I was satisfied with the work, although the caulking that was used gets moldy, and the mold is hard to remove. The wall surround and ceiling, however, do not attract mold, hallelujah.  I thought the price was right. I'm glad I had the work done.

"Manny was very quick to respond. He stayed in contact with me during the week to ensure I understood what I was paying for and he wanted to ensure he understood what I was requesting. Communication was key for me because it showed he valued me as a customer and he wanted to do the job. The painters were right on time at 8:00 and did exactly what was needed. I needed 2 bedrooms painted and had some patchwork needed from shelving that was on the wall and a black design on a wall that needed covering up. While I wouldn’t say the job was perfect (there is some paint on the ceiling and baseboards, which I wish wasn’t there. I like even painting without smudges or runoffs from the edges) I’m not nitpicking. There was some cleanup left behind for me, but very minor. Very professional and nice and I’m glad I called! Will probably use again. I have 2 bathrooms and a bedroom next on the list."

"When we discovered that a leaking water pipe had spewed at least an inch of water all over our storage room and into the carpeted hallway plus one bedroom.  We were horrified.  It was a Sunday afternoon.  We called our regular plumber who came within an hour to fix the leak.  I called KJS Complete Cleaning Services and they showed up within 45 minutes!  This was a Sunday afternoon!  The two men were exceedingly professional and spent several hours soaking up the water, removing the saturated carpet padding, taking the one ruined bedroom carpet out, and - finally - setting up big fans and dehumidifiers.  The company sent someone to the house several days later who judged that we needed the fans a few days longer to be sure the basement was perfectly dry.  We feel so fortunate to have had this company help us out.  We give them A+ for their professionalism and competent work.
