"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Chose KBR because of the similarity between our condo renovation and projects they had done in the past. Presented design ideas to their designer, Sim, and found him to be very receptive and accommodating. He was able to provide excellent ideas and presented them in 3D so my wife could comprehend the concepts (versus straight line/construction drawings). He was very patient with requested changes and provided wonderful alternatives to match our design preferences. Construction team, led by construction manager Firuz and dedicated on-site construction lead technician Isaac, was outstanding. Having construction experience myself with multiple renovation projects, this crew was best ever. Never had one who shared such attention to detail and professionalism as did the KBR team.
