"I highly recommend Chesapeake Closets. They simply want the customer to be happy with the job. After installation, there was an alignment that did not look right to me. I called Chesapeake and they did not question why it did not look right to me. They ordered some new materials and spent an additional two hours fixing something, that a lot of people would think was trivial. They really do want the customer to be happy. "Willie responded to my request to Home Advisor for someone to build a closet. He scheduled an appointment and arrived on time, actually early. He took measurements for the closet I wanted built. I received an estimate shortly after that, and we scheduled the work. He arrived on time and completed the work as promised. I found Willie to be very nice and accommodating as were the two crew members. I am very pleased with my closet and hope to have further dealings with Willie."
