"I highly recommend Chesapeake Closets. They simply want the customer to be happy with the job. After installation, there was an alignment that did not look right to me. I called Chesapeake and they did not question why it did not look right to me. They ordered some new materials and spent an additional two hours fixing something, that a lot of people would think was trivial. They really do want the customer to be happy. "The Simmons crew did a great job with installing new closet storage cabinets within our two en-suite walk in closets. The team arrived at the agreed upon time and immediately set to work on the installation. They laid out protective coverings on the floor to prevent damage. When issues appeared during the installation, they immediately conferred with me to resolve the issue. The installation went smoothly and the closets look great. They did a good job in cleaning up at the conclusion of the work and ensured all excess materials were removed from the site. Demetrius is great to work with, as he is very customer service oriented. This company comes highly recommended. I would definitely hire this company again for any future work."
