He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. He prepared a proposal to remove 4' of our patio and dig down to the foundation to waterproof the wall and fill the cracks from outside. He also suggested burying a downspout and pipe leading water away from the house and sealing the wall cracks on the inside basement wall. The team arrived as scheduled and worked incredibly hard for several hours a day. They came out the next day, gave me an estimate which I believed to be fair and reasonable since I did not have time to get several quotes. We set up an appointment and arrived at the specified time. The job was completed in about 2 hours and after a few days of intensive rain I did not experience any problems. They recommended another contractor to complete the repairs to the wall which was also done reasonably. I’m very satisfied with their work."
