He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. They came out the next day, gave me an estimate which I believed to be fair and reasonable since I did not have time to get several quotes. We set up an appointment and arrived at the specified time. The job was completed in about 2 hours and after a few days of intensive rain I did not experience any problems. They recommended another contractor to complete the repairs to the wall which was also done reasonably. I’m very satisfied with their work."

Unfortunately, the team that came out could not lay the cover under the main part of the house. Now we will have to reschedule. Everyone was really nice, even the sales rep.
