He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. Unfortunately, the team that came out could not lay the cover under the main part of the house. Now we will have to reschedule. Everyone was really nice, even the sales rep.
