Heidler, Inc. uses advanced technology to diagnose sewer and drain problems with state of the art video inspection equipment. Technicians are trained in the latest methods and techniques to provide quality service and customer satisfaction. Employees are encouraged to pursue their education in the plumbing industry, and we pair Apprentice plumbers with Journeymen and Master plumbers for hands on experience to better meet customer needs. Heidler, Inc. has a fleet of nineteen fully stocked box trucks and vans and a warehouse on site to equip our technicians before they leave the shop. Our fully integrated computer system handles all billing and service requests and we dispatch our technicians to you via radio to take care of your plumbing emergencies faster 24-7.

I set an appointment for Heidler to come the next week and sent a photo of the internal mechanism's product information so the tech could bring parts. Plumber Tom arrived unprepared. He charged $200 for the house visit to diagnose that we needed a new mechanism installed, and said they'd email an estimate as they'd need to order it. We thought there was a mistake when we got the $850 estimate. I called the Heidler office (whose service manager also thought the estimate sounded high) and requested a corrected estimate. We didn't hear from anyone at Heidler again. We watched 20 minutes of youtube videos, bought the $177 mechanism from Amazon, and borrowed a pipe wrench. It took us amateurs 55 minutes to replace the mechanism ourselves. It wasn't difficult. Our opinion is Heidler planned to grossly overcharge us for an easy job."

She also had a nice selection of hardware to go with the curtains. The installer put up the drapes in less than an hour. I had a great experience with this vendor!"
