Iâ ve hired Don over 6 times and weâ ll have him back many more. Heâ s brought valued pieces back to life and saved new pieces from misuse. The more interesting of the projects was stabilizing and securing a 17th century screen working with wood and materials that donâ t exist any longer. He even created a missed chip piece of wood on a delicate highly-chiseled spire out of nothing. You canâ t tell. Literally. Don has novel tools and sensitive hands to work with color, form, and all kinds of materials. His attention to detail is remarkable. I have no qualms entrusting my pieces to this man of exceptional skill. And no, Iâ m not being paid for this review. Don is a singular talent.
