"Extremely disappointed with this company. They do not stand by their guarantees. Did install shower in one day. Was not provided with the shower head I ordered. Calking and trim work was very sloppy. Went through the shower wall into my bedroom, did sparkle wall and left it. Shower doors have leaked and was finally told six months later that there is nothing they can do to correct the issue. Originally quoted $24,000.00 for the walk on shower, eventually agreed to $11,500.00. Completely dissatisfied with my shower. Once they get their payment, they are done."

"The Elite Home Remodeling Group did a phenomenal job. We live in a late 1800’s farm house close to DC. Most of the plumbing and electrical work is original. The job started out as just a plumbing project to fix a leaking pipe but after taking with Sydney about every we needed it turned into a plumbing project, a dining room repair and refresh. Angel and his team were punctual and professional. They made sure that my husband and I knew what they were doing and why as they moved through our project. Access to other parts of our home were blocked off to reduce the dust and debris. The project was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to our daily routine. It took two days even with the additional work we requested. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our new plumbing and beautiful dining room. The final price was just 5% above the initial estimate, even when it involved some additional tasks not included in the original work agreement. The only minor issue that it took two weeks after the bulk of the work was done for the crew to come again to finish the final work. Nevertheless, I would be happy to hire Go Contractors again."

"Overall, I would say I'm 80 percent satisfied with the work performed by US Granite Marble Inc. It appears that they order one slab for my kitchen job, but it was not enough. One kitchen cabinet was moved to compensate for one countertop not being long enough. As a result, it exposed a little more than a half inch of sheet rock that had never been painted and a gap in my floor tile that had originally been covered with the bottom cabinet molding. Upon completion, they moved my refrigerator over to cover this imperfection. I was asked whether they could bring the large slabs through my garage instead of the front door. I have a pantry connected to my garage...so there is a pantry door and a garage door. Working in my office I noticed a large fly come into the room and when I went to the kitchen they had both the garage door and pantry door open letting in not only bugs but heat from outside on a high humidity day. I closed the pantry door and as long as I was in the kitchen they would close the door behind themselves. After they left for the day, I noticed that my air condition was not cutting off as usual. Checking the thermostat, I realized that they had dropped the temperature in my house to compensate for them leaving both doors open. The next day the owner stopped by to view and address my concerns. He tried to make what appeared to be excuses for the movement of my cabinet. He stated "I'm noy saying they moved the cabinet, but if they did, I'll find out why. Now the owner is the one who measured my kitchen project and if he had noticed and/or seen the gap I believe he would have noted it or brought it to my attention that his company would not be liable for this discrepancy. It's been a week, and the owner has not followed up with me to resolve this issue."
