"We were very impressed with everything about Goode.  First, he was able to meet us within a couple days and provide an estimate on the spot.  We had a deadline and he assured us he could get the work done (within a month).  He was scheduled to begin on Thursday, May 29.  It was raining, so obviously no painting could get done, but his workers power-washed my house in the rain -- not a drizzle, but a steady rain all day.  My house never looked so clean!  The weather was truly not on our side over the next few days, but they showed up every day and got the painting done on time.  We were impressed with the quality of workmanship, the accuracy (no drips, no spills, no brush marks on our porch columns), and their efforts to get my job done by my deadline.  The owner himself did the stucco work in the stairwell and it looks beautiful.  We could not be more pleased.

He was very thorough and explained that the stucco failure was caused by improper drainage around the basement steps. He explained exactly how it would be fixed and what needed to done to correct the drainage problem.
