I could not have been happier with a contractor ‘s service performance. Weather cooperating he masterfully completed everything in 3 days as estimated. The screening replacement was not straight forwarded. It not just that Mr Smith and his support did a great job he did not require deposit or payment on this scale of job until it was completed and performance approved by me. He is as open and honest of a contractor as I have met. His attention to detail was as if it was his own property. Also his cleanup was excellent. I thought his price was fair and have already recommended his services to neighbors."
