They even repaired one of my vents. They communicated throughout the day of progress and recommendations. They showed me pictures throughout the day not just at the end. I just completed a 2 year house renovation so I knew ducts needed to be cleaned but it was proven that previous owners did not maintain the cleanliness of the system. My experience started with Carlie contacting us within hours from our search and helping to quote our project. She worked with me on pricing and understanding everything. Finally window cleaning day came and it was like Christmas. I was so excited. Jordan arrived at 7:30 AM and he worked non stop, quietly, perfectly cleaning all our windows until 5:30 PM that night. He also was very attentive to my husbands work schedule and when he could clean the office windows and worked around his schedule for those windows. He had a large bucket that he would fill with hot water and his solutions and used our utility sinks for filling and dumping and there was nothing wet, spilled or splashed. The best part…every year for Thanksgiving we gather for a mid day Thanksgiving meal with all the family. We can watch the sun set from our dining room.
