"Excellent. Crew showed up on time and used specialized nozzles and a chemical treatment to remove everything. It's spotless and the chemicals they used continue to keep things looking clean. Have already scheduled them to come out next April to do house and deck."

"They gave me a quote over the phone for gutter cleaning --$185 on aveverage without screen-- but did not offer to come look at the house. They also told me they NO LONGER did window cleaning"

"Morgan was very responsive to my online inquiry regarding cleaning the roof. Based on the size of the house (the roof being larger due to pitch) she provided a ballpark estimate of the cost, which was pretty accurate. Her site visit was quick, she explained the process well and made an appointment to have it cleaned that day. (We had to wait 30 days from when I had stained a deck so that any overspray solution wouldn't harm it.)
On the day of service, Dan and Bill were on time, efficient,quick, and did great work. They bagged the gutter downspouts to recover the treated water and were able to fix a roof vent to limit water intrusion into the detached garage. The roofs looks like new!"

"This is a follow-up to the review that was written previously. Dave did come out personally and tried to remedy the situation with the deck being stripped only on one-half. He did send someone out to sand out the splinters and raised grain. They put two coats of stain on all the railings and the bottom deck. Even though I originally asked for a semi-transparent and they had to use a semi-solid stain, the deck did turn out looking good and seems to be holding up well through the summer/fall/winter. They even offered to come back and apply another coat in the Fall if necessary.
I have changed my original review to more accurately reflect the final outcome, and the follow-up from Klappenbergers.
