"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

Our new kitchen included new flooring, which extended into joining laundry room (we chose porcelain tile),  level 1 granite counter top, tile backsplash, paint, new cabinets, and electrical work (we replaced a big light with 4 recessed lights, and moved the location of our appliances.)

New half bathroom included new vanity, granite counter top, flooring (which extended into the entry way), paint, and they installed a new toilet, mirror and light fixture which we purchased separately.

Ocean's estimate was the best we received. (One contractor gave an estimate for just refacing cabinets which was almost as much as Ocean's for brand new ones.) They also had great reviews on Angie's List so we decided to go with them. We worked with Sean. He was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Our installers were a team of 3 that worked very efficiently and cleaned up after each work day.

There were a few hiccups along the way, but I think that can be expected when doing such a major job. Both Sean, and the installers made sure that we were happy in the end.

We would definitely use them again. The price was great, as was the quality of work and professionalism.

We are very happy with our kitchen and bathroom.
