In just a few hours, he installed a new garbage disposal, adjusted my closet doors that were not properly closing, mounted shelves and a new curtain rod, and fixed my toilet that needed a new flush kit, and sealed various areas around my second bathroom with caulk. "Extremely disappointed with this company. They do not stand by their guarantees. Did install shower in one day. Was not provided with the shower head I ordered. Calking and trim work was very sloppy. Went through the shower wall into my bedroom, did sparkle wall and left it. Shower doors have leaked and was finally told six months later that there is nothing they can do to correct the issue. Originally quoted $24,000.00 for the walk on shower, eventually agreed to $11,500.00. Completely dissatisfied with my shower. Once they get their payment, they are done."

"We have been so happy working with Walter and his team throughout our project and the results are beautiful. To begin with, we really appreciated that he fit us into his busy schedule quickly because he knew our only shower was out of commission. He is very responsive and quick to get back to you about any questions. He is patient and never made me feel like a bother (even though I am sure I was sometimes!). We are really concerned about Covid and he and his team were great about wearing N95 masks we provided.
