"They came out after the hurricane Sandy and I was very happy with their service. Although they had to come back a couple of times because when they put the replacement window in just like a whole unit, when the repairman is putting in there's a crack developed. So, they had to come back a couple of times to put a new unit in and they were very responsive. I thought the price was high but the quality of the windows and so on is outstanding. They couldn't explain what happen because as he was putting in the final pieces around the window it cracked. The quality of the window is outstanding and they didn't add no cost every time they came back, it's a lifetime warranty."
