"There were a few hiccups during the project, because of the Pandemic, but Anthony Sylvan made good on all that was promised. This is our second year with our pool. I have used there service to open and close and will continue to. All over very satisfied with the quality of our pool."

"Work hasn't started yet due to the rain. Mr. St.Germain had been to see the area previously, but indicated they might not be able to do maintenance on my pool. This time, he made me an offer I couldn't refuse with a start up for summer and bi-weekly maintenance. He said the Company had a meeting and made decisions that would be affordable to everyone while keeping them competitive. I'm looking forward to a good experience with them."

"C&D were really impressive. I had used them some years ago and (through no fault of theirs) I had to install a new liner. They came out promptly, did the work in a timely manner and I was swimming again once the pool had been refilled. I would heartily recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of pool work done."

"They came out to the house within a few days and did a great job of opening the pool, which had not been opened in several years. And so, there was a lot of green water, and now it is crystal blue water. Very happy with their services and will continue to use them."

"Pool Assembly Professionally, Jeremy is very professional with his knowledge of work. If he see things arenâ t going right he will make an effort to get it done right even if that mean change personal. His crew is extremely busy with other jobs but Jeremy will come when needed. Cleanliness, Iâ ll give it a 4.5 because I had to break some boxes for recycling but it wasnâ t a problem. Overall will I recommend this company, the answer is a big fat YESSSSSS.. ð"

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts

ALTA/ACSM surveys are the most comprehensive type of land survey and, as such, tend to be the most expensive. These surveys have standardized guidelines and reports and are used in many kinds of real estate transactions to ensure consistent and accurate information is available for properties.

Yes, new home construction will always require building permits, no matter where you live. In most cases, you’ll need a general construction permit, along with plumbing and electrical permits for the utility lines in your home. Depending on where you live, you’ll likely find that you also need permits for things like connection to a sewage system or installing exterior components, like decks, driveways, patios, and curb cutouts. Leave navigating the permits required for new home construction to a professional to ensure your home is built legally and safely.

Surveys completed by licensed surveyors can be recorded with a local surveying records office, and in most cases, they will be. Filing survey reports categorize them as legal documents, and they can be used whenever legal documentation of your property’s boundaries is needed. While you’re not required to file survey documents, it’s a good idea to do so.

Framing is often the most expensive phase of building a house because it’s time-consuming and requires a lot of materials. It costs between $20,000 and $50,000 on average, depending on materials and labor costs. Before construction begins, it’s possible that purchasing land is the priciest step in the process. Some plots of land sell for $3,000, while others cost upwards of $150,000.

Property lines, building locations, and potential encroachments are mapped.
