The entire process from sales call and estimate, to contracting, selection of materials, and installation was professional and thorough. The roof was completed in 2 days, and the workmanship, clean up, and final appearance were all excellent. I rate the company a 10 out of 10. Excellent. I got an appointment for an inspection 2 days after I called. Pat came out, checked out the breakfast area then went up on the roof.(2 story room with a very steep roof) He carefully inspected the area where the leak may have occurred. He shared that there had been previous work done on it. After a thorough inspection, he concluded that a minor fix done by a friend probably solved the problem and that I should watch for leaks during the next 2 days when 3" of rain was predicted. I did as he recommended and found no evidence of leaking. He told me to call him to let him know how I fared during the storm-leak or no leak. If there was a leak he would come back immediately and rectify the situation. Apparently the minor fix took care of the problem. Then the Christmas present--No Charge for 2 hours of his labor. Wonderful company to work with!

The estimate was a sham - it took two and a half hours - the expectation was, once you put in all of that time, how would you just walk away from a renovation that was more than double of any other estimate, Then, the car -dealer borrowed sham - call into manager to get a better deal - twice!!! And the price was still way over market. But - if you booked it right then, $10,000 less than next day; $20,000 less than 9 months hence. The contractor would not provide an estimate, until you walked through every decision the bathroom renovation would entail. This was disgusting. I think also a sham for seniors. I would not recommend.
