"Great.  They came when they were supposed to and did a great job cleaning everything.  The owner Josh had guy doing the power washing go back and wash a few spots again that he thought might get even cleaner.

"i needed the fridge and the washer and dryer cleaned inside and out as these appliances were not new like the rest of the house. considering there were so few items to focus on, I feel the fridge could have been cleaner. there was still grime in the joints of the drawers. these should have been soaked in the sink while the other work was done. I found a few other small things which prevent me from giving them an A."

"very well - ladies are quiet, focused, knowledgable; did a superb job, though time limited, they maximized the cleaning for a sort period and gave me extra time due to a request they made for me to switch appointment days"

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Yes, using appropriate techniques and solutions for material-specific care.

Yes, you should plan on being home when a window cleaner is cleaning your windows. The professional will clean both sides of the glass and will likely disassemble parts of your windows from the inside to clean and inspect the inner components, including the balances and weatherstripping. Much of this work requires interior access to your home, which means someone will need to be home to provide access to the window cleaner.

Generally speaking, you should clean your windows and any associated fixtures and treatments every six months. Otherwise, clean them as needed to keep everything running smoothly. If you live in a part of the country with especially hard water, you may have to clean them three or four times per year, and the same goes for areas where insects, pollen, dirt, and other debris can soil your windows and potentially cause issues with the moving parts.

Regular cleaning and inspecting seals to prevent fogging and maintain clarity.

Getting a streak-free shine after cleaning your windows requires both the right cleaning solutions—which can either include warm water and dish soap or warm water and rubbing alcohol—and the right tools—namely, a squeegee and a microfiber cloth. To make your streak-free glass cleaner, combine one gallon of warm water with a few drops of dish soap, and mix. Apply with a sprayer or sponge, and then dry with a squeegee, microfiber cloth, or old black-and-white newspaper pages.
