You do not know when they are coming. Office gives you a week window as to when they will get to you. 2. Techs didn't communicate when they were done. No paperwork, nada. 3. Emailed invoice said I had problems requiring immediate attention. I had to call them only to find out my siding needed a wash. This seems deceptive. 4. They charge up front. This is not common for me. Charge me when services are rendered, not a week prior. Their field staff did a good. I may consider rehiring in the future."
