We moved twice in 3 months, and both times they made it so easy! Every box was clearly labeled and carefully packed. Not a single thing was damaged in our multi-step move. Everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful. Hope to never move again but if we do, weâ  ll definitely be giving them a call.

The management is horrible. They will quote you a price and then call you a day before the move and ask you for hundreds of dollars more than the original price. The scheduling person and the actual movers are great. However, the general manager is extremely rude and takes advantage of people. I was quoted one price, and he called me and advised that I needed to pay hundreds of dollars less 24 hours before the move.

If moving to storage, make sure they place items correctly. I had to rearrange things because of how they put the big items in. My big items should have been on the wall and boxes and bags in front.

The general manager, Igal, came out, looked at my home & I showed him all my stuff. He said the move would cost $14,000. I had 2 women pack 95 percent of my stuff. The movers came and wrapped furniture, loaded up my things and took them to storage. I paid the moving company $7,765 at the end of day. I donated 3 rooms of beautiful big antique furniture & 3 truck loads of things to charities. I packed my Lexus to the top with stuff to take to Florida with me.. The day the movers were to bring my things Igal called and said I owed $29,000 to bring my stuff. Told him I didn not have enough money. He lowered it to $24,500. That is still $10,500 more than estimate. I said ok. My brother is a lawyer and told me to pay the $14,000. I paid $15,000 because gas is high now. Movers were wonderful just wish the manager was as good. Seems nice bit is not nice. I am a new widow and I think he thought he could take advantage. I would never use his company again. They lost 2 moves. My friends were going to use them but not now. Buyer beware!

I did not even took a deposit from you because I trust you. no moving company will do what I did for you we did delivery to Florida with out getting paid, I delivered everything to you on time we sent you two trucks full of furniture not even One scratch on your furniture we took hundred percent full covered of everything for you we give you over 250 boxes for free you moved from huge house yes you give up a lot of stuff but you still have a lot and you calling me not honest. you did not even pay the bill you calling me dishonest. I tried to call you many time you block my phone calls that show me you really cannot handle the truth but it's easy to and Write bad review but it's OK we both believe in God I would like to wish you good luck to you with the new place"

The movers where an hr. late.. no problem it happens.; My husband said something to them and questioned them about being late. They got an attitude with him. Not long after that their boss called me and was very unprofessional and rude. Yelled at me that no one should be speaking to his guys like that and we should just get over them being late. Moving on. The movers did great. They were friendly after the incident.. and they did a good job. We signed the invoice for $1100 that was owed. We already paid $250 as a deposit. K cool, no problem. My account was charged $1575. When asked about it, they gave an attitude and said we are getting a refund. Three days later we only received $275 back. We called to question where the other $200 was. The man I booked with, Greg, gave us the biggest attitude. Said we were trying to "Shake him down" and that they provided a service and we need to pay for that service. GREG, I KNOW THAT! If I owe you the money I will pay it, but DONT take money from me without letting me know. if the invoice was calculated wrong, mistakes happen, but don't make it seem like my fault and that I am trying to "Shake you down". He then said "are we really fighting over $200.00?" Yes we are. That is a lot of money. I do not care if it was $10.00, they took more money from me then what was agreed upon. Then gave me and my husband the worse attitudes ever when questioned. All that was needed was a phone call telling us we owed more and the invoice was wrong. We most defiantly did NOT need the attitude and the extremely rude behavior. Best Part... he told me to make sure I tell my friends about them and if we need movers again, make sure to call us.... NO We have never hired movers and we will never do it again. Worst company ever. DO NOT USE.

These guys were great. They wasted no time and handled everything with care. They broke a $20 mirror but told me immediately and said I could speak to the owner if I needed to be compensated or have it replaced. They were so polite and friendly. They placed everything in my new home with care and in the correct rooms. They were extremely efficient. I ended up paying about $250 more than the quoted price because there was a fourth guy that was not part of the original quote but he worked his butt off so it was worth it. I highly recommend this moving company. Greg the owner was professional when I called to book and his staff matched the professionalism. Thanks guys!

This company is the worst moving company in America. They will say one thing and do the opposite. They told me that to move my items one mile away would cost $800, but in the end, they were asking $2200 or else they would take my stuff. They will steal your money and claim that they told you that they were charging an hourly rate. They are THIEVES!!! Be wear. Please do yourself a favor and look for another moving company. Those people are nothing but thieves!!!! May my God punish them for stealing my hard earn money!!!

10 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment, they obligated me to take stuff out of boxes into bags. I send pictures of everything to get a precise quote and it was jus far from precise. They got lost and t was 2 blocks away. It was an awful experience. I will never use them again. They charged me double from the initial amount.

Miguel and his team were on time and courteous. They all knew what they were doing and got to work immediately. I didn't have to repeat myself and they were very careful with everything...even the pieces I don't care about. They were fast and efficient and didn't dawdle. The whole move was completed in under four hours and that is including carrying a piano upstairs!! I can't say enough good things.

They were late after the scheduler emphasized their arrival time to ensure they would not be left to wait for me. I moved from one 2 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom condo. I packed my own bathrooms and it still took them 9 hours at 250/hr??? I have two bedrooms sets and living room furniture, no dining furniture. They never finished my kitchen because they ran out of boxes?? I spent two of my own evenings to finish after paying this company $2500!!! As I unpacked, I found expensive work clothes stuffed into boxes rather than carefully hung in wardrobe boxes. Dozens of items will have to be sent out for pressing! Also, to note, they charge $250/hr to drive to and from the job. I called to express my frustration and was interrupted over and over while trying to explain my concerns with the move and the charges. There are so many choices. Do yourself a favor and find another.

We have tried calling you multiple times to sort out the number of boxes used and how much packing was involved on our end, but you never returned our calls. We packed approximately 70 boxes worth of goods. We spoke with you the afternoon of the move to refund certain portions to ensure you were satisfied, but again you never answered our calls. 3 days after your move was completed, we attempted to call you multiple times to give you your money back. We pride ourselves on transparency and always providing the highest quality of moves. Sincerely, Igal Pinto General Manager."
