During initial visit, Phillip noted portions of closet were approximately 15 degrees colder than adjoining rooms. After conducting internal and external inspections of the nearby areas, he identified potential source of cold air. A couple days later with outside temperatures in the 20s, Phillip exhaustively sealed external areas of concern. A few days later, he came again to determine temperature differential within the closet. It was now much more comfortable with temperature only a few degrees below neighboring rooms! We had a sewage spill underneath of our house and called this company to come and clean it up. We were quoted a little over $4000 to complete the job. When we got the breakdown from the insurance company of what they were paying it was double the amount of what we had been quoted. Spoke to the operations manager and owner who both did not care that this is taken place. They were just concerned with being paid for the work. You want to get caught with a bill you didn’t expect, go ahead and use them."
