"From start to finish Wes and Dave were great. They were the only HVAC company who didn't try and up sell me on equipment I did not need or want. Wes spent almost 3 hours with me looking over my existing systems and making recommendations. They were by far the best on price too. On day of install we installed 2 x 2.5 Ton Trane units. We had two crews, who were really nice and took pride in their work. We did have an issue with one of the units with the blower motor two days after install. Of course it was a Friday night at 10pm. Both Wes and Dave called me immediately, and had a tech onsite on Saturday morning. The tech was able to get us back up and running while they ordered a new blower motor. Everything was completed on the following Tuesday, on my schedule. Throughout the whole process, it was easy to get a hold of Wes or Dave, which is very important to me when dealing with a company. While I wish I didn't have an issue with a brand new unit, Chesapeake resolved it as quickly as possible. Can't ask for more then that."

I also asked about a few smaller projects, including a dock light switch and a deck remote-control switch that weren't working. Mark followed through on his promise to return, contacted me within a week, and scheduled the repairs. During that visit, I added two more switch replacements, and they completed all three jobs in under an hour. What impressed me most was their attention to detail.
