My furnace was having major problems over the holidays and they fixed it. Lou was particularly helpful and worked hard to find a solution that didnâ  t bankrupt me and to make sure it was safely back up & running. Would definitely recommend these folks!

Took over three weeks to diagnose and repair the AC unit during a heatwave. Not reliable or dependable... Failed to show for scheduled appointments.

Chesapeake Comfort Systems, LLC had the best price out there in 2.5-Ton Trane 16-Seer AC Condensing Unit & AFUE 60,000 BTU Gas Furnace. Money is tight right now! I compared three companies by far Chesapeake had the best customer service and price. I can't wait until my new system is installed. Do your home work before purchasing a new system. From start to finish Wes and Dave were great. They were the only HVAC company who didn't try and up sell me on equipment I did not need or want. Wes spent almost 3 hours with me looking over my existing systems and making recommendations. They were by far the best on price too. On day of install we installed 2 x 2.5 Ton Trane units. We had two crews, who were really nice and took pride in their work. We did have an issue with one of the units with the blower motor two days after install. Of course it was a Friday night at 10pm. Both Wes and Dave called me immediately, and had a tech onsite on Saturday morning. The tech was able to get us back up and running while they ordered a new blower motor. Everything was completed on the following Tuesday, on my schedule. Throughout the whole process, it was easy to get a hold of Wes or Dave, which is very important to me when dealing with a company. While I wish I didn't have an issue with a brand new unit, Chesapeake resolved it as quickly as possible. Can't ask for more then that.

Extremely professional and responsive. Clearly understood value of a potential repeat customer. From project bid, thru execution and installation i found Chesapeake Comfort Systems to be the best contractor a home owner could ever hope for. It is clear they want your business and respect your time and home. Clearly walked thru options to tailor HVAC solution to a budget. I am a veteran home owner and renter who has had a bellyful of home contracting experiences from around the world. Chesapeake is first class and the best I have ever dealt with. I cant say enough good things about our experience to date. We have even signed on for a 4 year service plan and already recommended to many neighbors. Definitely got my money s worth and then some... nuff said.

They were able to come out first thing in the morning and since it had been very cold and we did not have heat, we were thankful for the early service. Other companies were not available in the morning.

My only regret is that I canâ t give 10 stars! It started with the outstanding customer service from Wes, setting up the appointment. Then it continued with Bryan giving extremely detailed information on the cause of the malfunction. He outlined my options after asking questions about my needs in regards to repairing versus replacing the heat pump. I was kept in the loop the entire time and even met Dave the owner. He was ensuring that all was going well. It felt like I was part of a customer service training video. Keep up the great work; you will definitely be my choice for future service.
