They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. "I hired Fortune Stoneworks to install a brick paver patio in my backyard and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team doing the install did a great job carefully prepping the area (they were even nice enough to carefully remove grass as sod so I could replant it elsewhere in my yard). They were also able to replace my old crumbling stairs leading to the patio with new wider concrete stairs. The installation of the pavers went very smoothly and was done just in time for Memorial Day weekend. I would recommend Fortune Stoneworks for your next patio or concrete project."

"They did a great job because the previous one messed it up.  They did a good job.  I think he is expensive but he did a good job.  He charged more than I thought it would cost but he did a good job.  He does good work.  He shows up when he says he would but I think he is a little expensive.  He charged me $6700 and I thought he would only charge me about $5000 and it was a lot more than I thought.  But he got it done which is good.    

I don't think I will hire him again because he is expensive.  There is still one part of the wall that is not clean and he should come back for that but he still is not coming back.  He does not give a discount and I think he should be more accomodating for people with low income."
